Dried porcini mushrooms
"Porcino" is the common name for several species of mushrooms of the genus Boletus, often attributed, even as a commodity name, to the four species of boletus (the Edulis type species of the genus Boletus) being the head of the Boletus edulis and having vaguely similar morphological and organoleptic properties.
